Well its been a while and thats because last year was a bit manic for all sorts of reasons that iIwont bore you with
I'm currently recovering from surgery following a full hip replacement, been absolotley brillant so far,
3 weeks down and walking and being able to do things without the constant pain.
Big shout out to the Guys and Dolls at KIMS in Maidstone for the brilliant care I recieved
So the trade plating was going well however as you can imagine with the walking between sites i was finding it more difficult to do some of the jobs available to me.
So in December I traded in my car and bought a Mercedes ML and trailer to start undertaking transported moves. Havent really been able to do many due to various reason but I've loved every one I've undertaken
However the costs of doing this transportation marlarky legally is a pain
First theres the Tachograph installation, thanks to Tacho-fit https://tacho-fit.co.uk/
in Birmingham for sorting that out. Great service and speedy fitting
Then I was surprised following a DVSA stop that my vehicle just happened to be over on the weight of a dual purposed vehicle, which meant I now had to apply for an Operators licence.
By the way everything else was all above board and legal !!!
So I had to apply for the Licence which was relativley easy but again it all adds up.
So as I've said currently off road recovering but I've taken the oppotunity to get the trailer serviced with C&B Trailer Services Ltd
They came and collected for me and have done a great job
Can't wait to get back to delivering these great cars
